“Balletlicious” Adaptive Adult Ballet gets its name from former student and mentor Lurana Donnels O’Malley’s post on social media about enjoying some “ballet-liciousness” in my adult ballet class.

“Yogalicious” Gentle Dancer Yoga is also meant to be a delectably stabilizing, relaxing, mobilizing, and restorative practice.
Working from a grounded foundation, centered in dynamic posture and power, oriented toward sustainable, beneficial, and enjoyable movement, creating art in community. These are some of the key pillars of my teaching. If you are ready to make joyful movement a regular part of your life, I’d love to have you join my classes!

Classes
Live Online Classes take place on Zoom on an ongoing basis, with an average of 4 classes in each technique per month. Payment is an easy flat-rate unlimited classes (ballet, yoga, or both) recurring monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time.
