Beautiful Adaptive Ballet Technique is a mix of pilates-inspired posture training, barre work, and a touch of dancey centre work appropriate for adult & teen, beginner/intermediate and all levels.
Yummy Gentle Yoga for Dancers provides breathing room in your week including strength, balance, breathwork, and restful restorative treats to make dancers and movers feel good.
over Zoom for 3 Months (12 Sessions) to provide a powerful container to navigate your current challenge through individual support
with Workbooks and Video Trainings to integrate and support the work, fully customized to the specific situation you face
as needed between sessions to make sure you don’t get stuck, but rather keep moving forward with momentum

I love when we just dance together. I love the way you work with students' strengths instead of weaknesses or in other words how you emphasize positive feedback over correction. I do not need to become a super ballerina but I need to feel good about myself during class. - which I do in the classes with you.
Every exercise, assignment and resource has helped me move into balance. I now have social and creative outlets, I’ve begun a simple exercise routine and have completely changed the way that I eat and cook -- I’ve even lost weight without once experiencing hunger. My pain levels have decreased, I have more energy and I can sleep through the night... but the biggest blessing has been in learning to recognize, appreciate and reconnect with my Essence.
I loooved taking your classes because of how joyful and passionate you were about teaching dance. It expanded into the room and got every student just as excited and enthusiastic to learn and grow. You were also super encouraging, which was so helpful on days I didn't feel so graceful or capable. You helped me keep trying yet also reminded me to modify to my body and my needs.
